PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: PROMOTIONAL / MANAGEMENT / SALES SUPPORT

• Supports Business Development Manager and vitamin team with administrative functions to drive company and category sales
• Works along with the Assistant Business Development Managers to coordinate sales materials, product samples, and planogram development
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner by performing and coordinating appropriate tasks
• Work across all Kroger systems including Supplier Hub, POG as well as DSD support, Market Letter and spec sheet maintenance
• Opportunity to expand the role to include additional responsibilities and full-time employment

BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• 1-3 years of equivalent experience in administration, preferably retail or CPG

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years in promotional planning/Marketing/Analytics required
• Proven track record of successfully prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods and/or retail industry is a plus

• Manage sales forecasting, and inventory analysis

• Proficiency with 84.51, DemandTec, and Kroger Ad Platform a plus
• Proven analytical skills with ability to convert data into solid strategic recommendations
• Effective at translating strategy into actionable plans
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint program skills
• Provide accurate, well-organized data in a timely manner
• Accurately execute pre and post promotional analysis and other promotional administration

EDUCATION

• Four-year undergraduate degree, Bachelors in Marketing or Business preferred
